ORDERS
Placement of an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the quantity of goods or services for the price (including delivery and other charges) specified on this Site at the time you place your order. Shopinside reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.
Prices of products, services and delivery and all other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
All prices are GST inclusive but you are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency or authority. Please note customs policies, duties and taxes vary from country to country. We recommend you contact the relevant customs office for further information.
DELIVERY
Shopinside uses Australia eParcel service. An eParcel tracking number is issued upon dispatch with order tracking instructions enabling you to track the shipping status of your order.
Delivery times are indicative only. You are not entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products because of any delay in delivery.
Shopinside may need to order products which are not immediately in stock from our suppliers. This may result in an extended delivery time or products being unavailable. In the event of a product being unavailable we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Shopinside is obliged to deliver only to the address which you have specified. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur because you are unable to take delivery at the place specified.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
Shopinside honours its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped by us or not in accordance with what you ordered.
Goods will be accepted for return only if you have been issued a Return Authorisation (RA) number issued by our Customer Support team. Goods must be received at our distribution centre within twenty-one days of despatch with all packaging and labelling intact and otherwise in saleable condition. Credit will be given against future purchases to the value of the purchase or a money back refund. You must pay the cost of all return freight and insurance before the return will be accepted.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If an order exceeds the value of a Gift Voucher the balance must be paid. Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
TERMINATION
Shopinside reserves the right to withdraw your capacity to purchase goods and services from this Site at any time without notice.
Termination will take effect after our obligations to supply and deliver the goods and your obligations to pay for and accept the goods.
All rights and remedies of either party accrued at the time of termination and all disclaimers and limitations of liability will survive termination.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Shopinside will never ask for personal information, including credit card details via email. In the event you receive unsolicited emails requesting your Shopinside log in details please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate any access or transaction if you use or are suspected of using a false name or invalid credit card. In addition we will seek redress for any damage or loss we may incur and you may be subject to penalties under Australian Criminal Law.
