How much does it cost?
Shipping costs will depend on what you are purchasing and where it is being delivered and is calculated during checkout. To reduce shipping costs to you we wait until all products are available and consolidate your order to make one delivery. However, if you require multiple deliveries of your order ie split the order and send available products now and the rest later, you will need to contact us and you will incur additional shipping charges.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use a combination of Australia Post, Direct Freight Express and DHL Express (international) to deliver your order during normal business hours and you will need to produce ID and sign for your delivery.
If there is no one at the nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order with order tracking instructions.
When will my products arrive?
It will depend on the products being ordered. Refer to expected dispatch days listed individually for each product.
Items "in stock" in our warehouse are available for "SAME DAY DISPATCH" and applies to orders placed before 12pm AEST WEEKDAYS.
New items and items temporarily out of stock can be pre ordered and will be dispatched once they become available.
If you have ordered multiple products and they all have different dispatch days, your order will be consolidated and dispatched once your ENTIRE ORDER IS COMPLETE. If you would like to split your order to receive some products now and the rest later, then you will need to contact us and you will incur additional shipping costs.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 business days (excluding pre orders) however please also allow the following additional transit times.

- QLD/NT/WA 3-10 Days
- INTERNATIONAL 7-14 Day (see below for further information on international orders)
Please note that weekends and public holidays are NOT treated as business days for our shipping calculations.
Product Availability - Delivery Delays
Despite our best efforts to meet our delivery times, delays can be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. Our suppliers try to keep us informed on a daily basis on the availability of all items but occasionally an item will sell out before we have been notified. This could result in extended delivery times or the product being unavailable. If you have ordered a product where our supplier is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the delay and should the item no longer be available and you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately pickup is no longer available.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
- Don't panic!
- View your original order confirmation and check the expected dispatch days noted on your order or on the website
- Check your inbox for your dispatch notice which contains tracking information of your order
- Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see whether your order is in transit or if it is waiting for collection at your nearest Australia Post outlet
- Check your letterbox for an attempted delivery advice card as Australia post may have attempted to deliver your parcel whilst you were out
International orders are exempt from Australian GST and will be deducted at checkout.
Please allow an additional 7-14 days for shipping to international destinations (this is in addition to the days listed against individual items)
All prices on our website are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
We have no control over any taxes, fees or duties that may be applicable in your country and if imposed by your country you will be required to pay these fees direct to your country's collection office.
