How much does it cost?
Deliveries within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $14.95 for orders under $200.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use a combination of Australia Post, Direct Freight Express and DHL Express (international) to deliver your order during normal business hours and you will need to produce ID and sign for your delivery.
If there is no one at the nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order with order tracking instructions.
Order Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days (excluding pre‑orders).
Please allow for the following additional transit times once your order has been shipped:
Estimated Transit Times
• VIC: 3–7 business days
• NSW / SA / TAS: 3–10 business days
• QLD / NT / WA: 3–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (see below for more details on international orders)
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days in our shipping calculations.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately pickup is no longer available.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
- Don't panic!
- View your original order confirmation and check the expected dispatch days noted on your order or on the website
- Check your inbox for your dispatch notice which contains tracking information of your order
- Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see whether your order is in transit or if it is waiting for collection at your nearest Australia Post outlet
- Check your letterbox for an attempted delivery advice card as Australia post may have attempted to deliver your parcel whilst you were out
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are exempt from Australian GST and will be deducted at checkout.
Please allow an additional 7-14 days for shipping to international destinations (this is in addition to the days listed against individual items)
All prices on our website are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
TAXES/FEES/DUTIES
We have no control over any taxes, fees or duties that may be applicable in your country and if imposed by your country you will be required to pay these fees direct to your country's collection office.
