Delivery
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Direct Freight Express or DHL Express
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch
- Delivery times are indicative only and delays do not entitle cancellation.
- Some products may require supplier ordering, which can extend delivery times.
- If a product is unavailable, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
- Delivery is made only to the address provided. Shopinside is not liable if you cannot accept delivery.

Returns & Refunds
- Shopinside complies with Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number from Customer Support.
- Goods must be returned within 21 days of dispatch, in saleable condition with packaging intact.
- Refunds or credits will be issued once goods are received.
- Customers are responsible for return freight and insurance.

Gift Vouchers
- Not redeemable for cash.
- If an order exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid.
- Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
Termination
Shopinside may withdraw your ability to purchase at any time without notice.
- Termination does not affect obligations already in place (e.g., payment or delivery).
- Rights and remedies accrued before termination remain valid.
Credit Card Security
- Report unauthorised card use to your provider immediately.
- Shopinside will never request credit card details via email.
- Suspicious emails should be reported to Customer Support.
- We may terminate transactions involving false names or invalid cards and seek redress under Australian law.
